A huge thanks to all my customers who believed in me and left feedback for me in 2018. Most don’t realise this but its the customer survey we ask customers to complete at the end of a job that goes into deciding who wins the Tile Doctor of the Year Award. In fact last year an incredible 84 people left feedback about my work and on average awarded me a customer service rating of 4.8 out of 5 stars.
The result is that I’m very proud to announce that I won the “Tile Doctor of the Year” award for the 2nd year running.
The trophy was presented by Tile Doctor director Russell Taylor at the end of this years annual Tile Doctor conference which took place on June 1st at the Holiday Inn in Cambridge. There are over 50 Tile Doctors in the UK and as you can imagine there is lots of competition.
So thanks again to my customers, I really appreciate your feedback and apologies for chasing you for feedback but after reading this you can understand why I do it. Customer feedback is still coming in strong so hopefully I can stay at the top of the league and win again in 2019 to make it a treble.
